Start by comparing your photo with the saved identity: player, year, set, number, insert, version, and grading company and grade.
Check or refresh the match
Use Refresh price to scan your saved photo, find a catalog match, or look up the saved details. Review a different match before applying it. An insert can have a Base variant within that insert, so check both the subset and variant.
Then open Valuation details. A completed-sale estimate, a market estimate, and a low-confidence asking-price estimate can differ. Opening a reference listing does not change your saved value.
Include these details in a report
- The card detail URL and the collection or profile URL where you saw the problem
- The amount shown and why you think it is incorrect
- The correct identity, including insert, parallel, serial number, and grade
- A matching sale or listing link, if available
- Whether the value says Set by you
A report such as “this raw Gold Prisms card is matched to a base card” is more useful than “price is wrong.”
