Scanning suggests an identity. You confirm what to save, and pricing then uses that saved card and grade.
Review the match
Compare your image with the suggested card. Check the player, year, set, number, insert, variant, autograph details, and serial numbering. A warning means the match needs extra review.
When available, Which version do you have? lists related versions. Select the one you own; use Search versions when the list is long. If the full list cannot load, retry or correct the identity rather than choosing a known mismatch.
Confirm your copy
Choose Raw or enter the grading company and grade shown on the slab. You can also enter a purchase price and choose a binder. Purchase price is what you paid, not the market estimate.
Use Add to Cubbby to save. In a batch, review each image before adding it or choose Skip to move on.
After saving
The card appears in your collection with your photo. Its value can show Pricing… while the lookup runs. A supported result becomes a saved estimate shared by the tile and detail page; otherwise, the card can show No estimate. Saving a card does not guarantee an immediate dollar value.
If the match is wrong
Choose another candidate or version, correct the visible identity fields, or search by the printed details. After saving, Refresh price lets you scan the saved photo again or find a catalog match. Review changes before applying them.
